1. Services
We provide residential and commercial cleaning services as described on our website. We reserve the right to refuse service to any location that poses a safety risk to our staff or is outside our standard service area.
2. Booking & Scheduling
All bookings are subject to availability and will be confirmed by email within one business day. We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
3. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept all major credit and debit cards. All prices are subject to change; any updates will be communicated prior to your service date.
4. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the results of your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours. We will return to re-clean the affected areas at no additional charge. Refunds are not provided for completed services.
5. Access to Property
You agree to provide safe and unobstructed access to the property at the scheduled time. If our team is unable to access the property, a lockout fee may apply.
6. Liability
We carry liability insurance covering accidental damage caused by our team. Claims must be reported within 24 hours of service. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, fragile or improperly secured items not disclosed before cleaning, or damage resulting from faulty construction or installation.
7. Privacy

8. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
